Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days after receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or supply-chain delays, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is typically 5-15 days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Teddyzoom is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed during or after shipping. These fees, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Teddyzoom is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or unrecoverable because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, save the product, packaging, and shipping label, then contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We may need this information to file a carrier claim and resolve the issue.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier first. Then contact us at 231687934@qq.com with your order number. We may assist with a carrier claim or investigation. Carrier investigations can take up to 21 days.
Shipping Delays
