We want your order from Teddyzoom to arrive as expected. If something is not right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at 231687934@qq.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions for where and how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Costs and Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $5 per returned order may be deducted from your reimbursement. Unless the return is caused by our error, original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging. We also cannot accept returns for gift cards, final sale items, or customized/personalized products unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new item after the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable exceptions. Returned items must be unused, with tags if applicable, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at 231687934@qq.com.
